1. Default Currency
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£). We do not accept any other currency. If you are paying in a different currency, it will automatically be converted to GBP at the current exchange rate set by your payment provider.

We also accept payments through PayPal.
3. Taxes
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT. No additional sales taxes will be added at checkout. The total price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes.
4. Billing Information
We collect your full name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number to process your order. However, we do not store any payment details—these are securely handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal.
5. Payment Processing
Once your payment has been successfully processed and confirmed, we will begin preparing your order. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment fails during checkout, you will be notified immediately. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Refund Process
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. In case of damaged, incorrect, or missing products, you can initiate a refund request. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more details on how to proceed with a refund.
8. Dispute Resolution & Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect any unauthorized transaction, please report it immediately. If we detect any irregularities, we may hold your order until the issue is clarified. We may request additional information to verify the order. All disputes are handled in accordance with local laws and regulations.
